ClementGrowth provides the following services to clients:

Automated lead follow-up systems built inside the GoHighLevel platform. Missed call text back automation. Appointment scheduling and calendar automation. SMS and email workflow automation. Pipeline and CRM setup and management. Ongoing system maintenance and support as outlined in individual client agreements.

Service terms, pricing, deliverables, and support details are outlined in individual client service agreements. These Terms of Service govern general use of our website and communications. Specific service terms are governed by the signed client agreement between ClementGrowth and each individual client.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment terms for ClementGrowth services are outlined in individual client agreements. General payment terms are as follows:

Monthly retainer fees are due on the same date each month as established at the start of the engagement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the client agreement. ClementGrowth reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment after providing written notice. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days written notice to active clients.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on clementgrowth.com including text, graphics, logos, images, and the compilation thereof is the property of ClementGrowth and is protected by United States copyright laws.

Automation systems, workflows, templates, and processes developed by ClementGrowth remain the intellectual property of ClementGrowth. Clients are granted a limited license to use these systems during the term of their service agreement.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our website or services without express written permission from ClementGrowth.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

ClementGrowth provides its website and services on an as-is and as-available basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of our website or the results that may be obtained from our services.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee specific results from our automation systems as results depend on many factors outside our control including market conditions, client responsiveness, and lead quality.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to ClementGrowth in the three months preceding the claim.
